Step-by-Step Installation Sequence based on standard spherical tank erection procedures:
Foundation and substructure works include survey verification, installation of leveling plates, erection of support columns with bracing, and external scaffolding setup.
Shell erection follows the equator-up method, starting from the equatorial course, completing the lower hemisphere, installing internal scaffolding, and finalizing the upper hemisphere and top crown.
Final activities cover welding and QA/QC, PWHT, hydrostatic testing, surface preparation and coating, installation of appurtenances, and progressive scaffolding dismantling.
