Construction and Civil Foundations, Manpower, Equipment, Electrical, Welding, Spherical Tanks,Piping and insulation works.

Spherical Tank Erection Procedures:

Foundation and substructure works include survey verification, installation of leveling plates, erection of support columns with bracing, and external scaffolding setup.

Shell erection (equator-up) completes both hemispheres with internal access provision, followed by welding and QA/QC, PWHT, hydrostatic testing, coating, installation of appurtenances, and progressive scaffolding dismantling.
